As we build our team and grow our client base, we’re looking for a skilled and adaptable Part-Time Scheduling Support Assistant to help ensure a strong operational foundation.
Position Overview
The Part-Time Scheduling Support Assistant will be responsible for supporting the primary Scheduling & Staffing Manager by assisting with building and maintaining a highly efficient caregiver schedule using the WellSky software platform. This role focuses on the critical, day-to-day coordination required to ensure each client receives consistent, timely care.
This is a part-time, hybrid position based in Conway, Arkansas, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and managing caregiver schedules to ensure consistent, timely care for all clients.
- Match caregivers to clients based on skills, availability, and compatibility.
- Monitor staffing needs and proactively address gaps, absences, or call-offs to ensure shift coverage.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to scheduling within the WellSky software.
- Communicate with caregivers regarding their schedules, changes, and shift assignments.
- Personally cover any shifts that are open and not accounted for in the schedule.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 1-3 years administrative or scheduling experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills are essential.
- Experience with scheduling software is preferred; WellSky experience is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing situations quickly.
- Detail-oriented and reliable.
- Excellent time management skills are essential.
Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
